Admission Process

For the 2011-2012 school year, we will begin accepting applications October 1, 2010.  Final application deadline is Thursday, January 13, 2011. Applications received after January 13, 2011, will be processed on a space-available basis.

To be considered in the initial applicant pool, applications must be received by Thursday, January 13, 2011.

Early admisson applications (for siblings, children of alumnae and children of faculty/staff) are due by Monday, November 29, 2010.

1. To download the Forest Ridge application form, click on the appropriate link below. The forms are PDF files which can be viewed and printed.
2. Complete, sign and return both the parent and student portions of the application to Forest Ridge.
3. Include a $50 non-refundable application fee*, payable to Forest Ridge School of the Sacred Heart.

*for U.S. citizens; there is a $300 non-refundable application fee for International Students who require I-20 paperwork. (See link below)
