Counseling Resources for Parents and Teens

There are many helpful websites providing an array of information on some very serious mental health topics, such as: depression, anxiety, addictions, eating disorders, and domestic violence.

More so, there are Web sites providing resources and contact information for services in our surrounding areas. There are also some suggested Web sites and recommended readings for teens and parents that provide information on some typical and normal questions regarding pre-teen and teenage health, development, and wellness.  This list is not conclusive; it is meant to assist you with accessing some resources you might want right now.
