Registration

Students are registered for classes on a first-come, first-serve basis. Complete the enclosed registration form, or online at www.forestridge.org, and return it and the $100 deposit to Forest Ridge School at the above address. To most efficiently staff and prepare for all summer programs, registration must be completed by May 15, 2008.

Payment

A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 is required at the time of registration (applied toward tuition.) Full payment for all summer programs, except the study skills workshop, is due by June 1, 2008. Checks should be made payable to Forest Ridge. Confirmation of enrollment will be sent between May 10th and June 10th depending on when registration was received.

Financial Aid Options

If you are interested in participating in the Forest Ridge Summer Program but are concerned about cost, we encourage you to order a financial aid packet. Please contact Melissa Miller at 425.201.2446 or melissami@forestridge.org.

Lunch and Snack Breaks

There will be a supervised lunch time for those enrolled in both morning and afternoon classes. Please send nutritious snacks and lunch if your child is staying for the afternoon session. Forest Ridge Summer Program will not be providing lunch service and students are not permitted to leave campus. However, refrigerators, microwaves and beverage vending machines are available and conveniently located on campus.

A Note on Enrollment

Each session must have a minimum number of students enrolled. The minimum and maximum number of students allowed in each class depends on the type of class. Should a class not reach the minimum required or exceed the maximum allowed, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a full refund or be provided with transfer options.

Transfer Policy

To transfer from one registered session to another, we must receive notice at least 10 business days before the session begins. Refunds are not given on transfers and any balances must be paid in full at the time of the transfer. Full refunds and/or transfer options are given when we must cancel a class or session.
