Jennifer Seely '12 is an environmental attorney whose practice spans permitting, compliance, administrative adjudications and litigation. She represents clients on issues related to air quality, water, environmental health and spill prevention and response. Jennifer has a wealth of knowledge in federal and Alaska environmental law, particularly the Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act. Her experience includes negotiating Alaska’s state air quality plan, developing Alaska’s nuclear facility siting regulations and helping to create Alaska’s hazardous waste regulatory program. She has defended and enforced permits for water discharges and air emissions and has recovered costs and negotiated agreements for contaminated sites.

Prior to joining Nossaman, Jennifer served as an Assistant Attorney General with the Alaska Department of Law where she advised and represented the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation.
