Regina Quiban ’14, Assistant Director of College Counseling

Regina Quiban ’14 is the Assistant Director of College Counseling at The Overlake School in Redmond, Washington. Regina graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelors in Arts in Education, Communities, and Organization and a minor in Diversity before attending Northeastern University and earning her Masters in Education in Higher Education Administration. As the eldest sister of three girls (who also attended Forest Ridge), Regina was the go-to babysitter, tutor, coach, supervisor, and mentor. It’s no surprise that she developed a love for education and helping others whether it’s through teaching Sunday school, coaching volleyball, or advising students in their classes and on their college applications.

Regina is grateful for the opportunity to have attended Forest Ridge. As the first person in her family to graduate from college, she credits Forest Ridge for preparing her well, not only in academics, but also in increasing her confidence that she is a “woman who can.”

Regina loves spending time playing volleyball (indoor, grass, beach, 2’s, 4’s, 6’s, you name it), reading fantasy books, playing cozy video games, trying new restaurants, and sitting in the sun.
