This year, we’re incubating duck eggs in 6^th grade science and livestreaming the excitement! It’s a great connection to our study of life science as well as Sacred Heart Goal III and our call to care for God’s creation and practice stewardship of the Earth.

Students are tracking the growth of each egg’s embryo to ensure they have the temperature and humidity they need, and will get to observe animal behavior once the ducklings hatch! The eggs will hatch in June and when they are closer to hatching, the link to the livestream will be sent to all students.
