Middle School Battle of the Books

Middle School Battle of the Books

Twenty-four Forest Ridge middle school students were busy readers over the past several months to prepare for the Archdiocesan program called Battle of the Books. In teams, students read ten novels and took notes, preparing to compete against other Forest Ridge students in a book trivia competition.

At the Battle of the Books competition, each team of four had to answer questions about the ten books they read. The team with the most points won the Battle of the Books and moved on to the next stage.

The two winning teams (from the morning and afternoon competitions) from Forest Ridge will now compete against other Archdiocesan schools at Assumption-St. Bridget School in Seattle, on Friday, May 10. Congratulations to our winning teams and a round of applause to all of our students who participated in this challenge!
