Congratulations to the five Forest Ridge students who participated in the Washington State Science and Engineering Fair. Catherine E. ’25, Minh N. ’26, Amy C. ’25, Ria B. ’24, and Jamie K. ’25 did an excellent job representing Forest Ridge by presenting their science posters. Ria, Catherine, and Amy won first place in their categories. Jamie won second place in her category and a special award in the Wolfram inc. Scholarship.

Additionally, Ria won two special awards: the Ohio Wesleyan University award and the Norman E. Borlaug Excellence in Sustainability Award. Ria was also in the final round of judging to qualify for the 2024 Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair in Los Angeles.
