Puget Sound Catholic Schools (PSCS) Case Studies is an annual event to provide junior parents/guardians and their students an opportunity to learn and understand the college admission process by reviewing sample college applications. The event will be held at John F. Kennedy Catholic High School in Burien on Thursday, April 27, 2017, from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Families must register to this event at their specific high school sites. We are asking families to download and/or print the sample applications and other documents (links at right) prior to the event so that they can be ready to discuss the applications with the college admission representatives and decide who will receive an acceptance, wait list or denial letter from the fictitious college, Fairbrook University
Families can bring their laptops or tablets to view their applications at the event, but please be sure that you have downloaded the cases and profile to your device prior to the evening program. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to access wi-fi at Kennedy. NOTE: Students and parents/guardians will be in separate classrooms, so each person attending the event should have access to the cases.
During the first part of the event, families will have an opportunity to attend a college meet and greet with college admissions officers.
