A Forest Ridge Woman Loves Sports!
Win back-to-back-to-back-to-back state championships in tennis. Join your volleyball teammates, playing well and cheering the team to another victory. Have a great time with the varsity basketball team at its annual Pink Out Tailgate – wearing pink, playing ball and raising money to help fight breast cancer. Call out plays as you move the ball up the field to a teammate in middle school soccer. As a middle school athlete, you can test your own strength and endurance on the track team or learn new skills on the golf course.
At Forest Ridge, you can play on any of 22 teams in nine different sports from middle school to high school. The way we compete reinforces the Goals and Criteria of the Schools of the Sacred Heart and allows each girl to perform to her fullest potential. Our no-cut policy in athletics means that any student who demonstrates interest and shows commitment to her sport will be placed on a team.
In 2016, the varsity tennis team brought home a state championship for the sixth consecutive year! There were many league, district, conference and state awards for girls in every sport. Best of all, our athletes made friends and learned skills in confidence, discipline, accountability and leadership.
