A Forest Ridge Woman is a Woman of Grace
Campus Ministry, rooted in our Catholic and Sacred Heart identities, is a welcoming place for students of all faith traditions to explore, enrich and engage her spiritual life. Forest Ridge Campus Ministry offers a variety of programs and opportunities for students to discover what they believe and find where they belong.
Campus Ministry is headed by the school-wide campus minister, who works with Middle School and High School religion teachers to coordinate liturgies, prayer services, grade-level retreats and other faith-related opportunities.
Prayer services are diverse in style (song, prayer, intentions, silence, reflection) and in content. The services are organized by theme, focus, or concept, such as light, human dignity, non-violence, and/or Sacred Heart traditions.
Our well-established religion curriculum in both the high school and middle school ensures that students have the opportunity to participate in activities and be touched by campus ministry. The school's chapel has become a safe place on campus for all and a "go-to" place in times of community and global trauma, as well as in times of joy and celebration.
